Fox Valleyaire Food Farm is a small regenerative organic farm in Jupiter, Florida. We\u2019re looking for a dependable, hardworking Farm Hand to join our team for the upcoming growing season.<\/p>\n
This is a hands-on position working alongside the farm owners. Work changes day to day but will include:<\/p>\n
Planting, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting vegetables
\nWashing, packing, and organizing produce
\nAssisting with irrigation maintenance and installation
\nFeeding and caring for chickens
\nCleaning and maintaining animal areas
\nGeneral farm maintenance, groundskeeping, and cleanup
\nUsing and caring for farm tools
\nHelping with other farm tasks as needed
\nWE\u2019RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS<\/p>\n
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
\nComfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and humidity
\nAble to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
\nAble to follow instructions and work well with a small team
\nComfortable working around animals
\nFarm experience is a plus, but not required
